Notifiers and Activators
Email Notifier

You can now add a To Address when setting up your email notifier. See Email Notifier.
SMS/Dialer Notifier
- SMS and Dialer Notifiers merged into a single location. See SMS/Dialer Module.

You now set up Twilio for SMS and Mass Dialer in a single location, and you can now select from several languages for your Twilio Text-to-Speech notifications. See Configuring Twilio.
- Revolution now supports the latest Clickatell One API and continues to support legacy Clickatell formats. See Configuring Clickatell One API.
- You can play an audio file when using the Twilio Mass Dialer. See SMS/Dialer Settings.

Support for Shoretel Summit for SMS messages has been removed.
Cisco Notifier

Revolution now supports Cisco IP phones with multiplatform firmware. Revolution recognizes these phones after configuring settings in the Cisco notifier and within the configuration of the phones. See Cisco Multiplatform Phones.
Webhook Notifier

When creating an outgoing webhook, you can define an authorization protocol (Basic, Digest, and OAuth), which may be required by your third-party service. See Creating an Outgoing Webhook. If you choose the OAuth authorization protocol, there is a new Token type to enable this functionality. See Creating an OAuth Token
Notifications
Report Notification

This new notification type allows you to send Revolution log information to endpoints. See Report Notification. You design the reports from Status > Reports. See Creating Reports.
Other Features
Logging

When you change the global logging level to Debug, Revolution changes the Number of days to keep old logs setting to 2 days, from the default 14. See Setting the global logging level.

You can view the Audit logs in the Audit tab of the Logging page. See Audit Logs
User Interface

You can view the GUI as if you were a member of a specific site. See Viewing Revolution as a single-site user.
Sites

If you create dynamic site assignment filters that result in conflicts for endpoints, Revolution will issue conflict warnings for you to resolve. See Create site assignment filters.
REST API

Support added for creating and deleting a contact. See Contacts.

Support added for deleting IP Devices. See IPDevice.
Endpoints

From the Endpoints page, you can view and analyze endpoints with location data on the Map View tab. See Viewing Endpoints on a Map.

When you right-click on an item in the List View, you have access to a context menu with various options you can perform on that endpoint.
Scheduler

When applying Day Templates, you can set recurrence for the events. See Applying templates to days.

You can delete scheduler events in bulk. See Deleting several events at once.

The scheduling wizard labels each application with a run number such that you can easily delete all associated events more easily. See Using the Scheduling Wizard and Deleting several events at once.
Notification Priority

The priority slider will change color when you set it to 9 or 10, indicating that the notification will be treated as an emergency alert. See Emergency Alert.

Mitel 69xx phones now behave differently when an endpoint is on an active call and a notification of higher priority comes through. See Notification Priority for Mitel 69xx Phones
Dashboard

An Admin can create global Buttons and Quick Notifications that appear on the Dashboard for all users. See Buttons and Quick notifications.
- Recent notifications now display in a single panel, Recently Sent Notifications, rather than two separate panels.

You can quickly send a notification to endpoints you select from the Endpoints Map. See Send notifications via the Endpoints Map.
User Tags

You can manually refresh the endpoint count of your tags. See Updating the User Tag Endpoint Count.

You can create dynamic endpoint tags for endpoints inside or outside a given area. See Create Dynamic Endpoint Tags based on Areas.
