Integrations
Twilio and WhatsApp

You can now send notifications to contacts using WhatsApp when your Twilio account is associated with a business WhatsApp account. See Integrating Twilio with WhatsApp.
Notifications
Notification Action Types
-
You can now send a subsequent notification when the primary notification ends in a partial success status. This occurs when some, but not all, endpoints or contacts do not have a Success status. See Sending a notification based on an event.
Sent Notifications

When reviewing the details of a sent notification, you may now see a Show Activating Location link that will display a map of the triggers location. If a location is not associated with the trigger, no link is shown. See Sent Notifications.

When reviewing the details of a sent notification, within the Contacts tab you can now expand any contact to see the status of all methods used for that individual.
Reports

You can now generate several new types of reports. See Status Reports.

You can generate reports within Revolution without sending a notification for some of the reports. See Generating Reports Immediately.
Notification Actions

For response actions, you can now specify that any images and text should be sent with the linked notification. This will allow activator title and activator body text to pass through to secondary notifications. See Reply Response.
Other Features
Floor Plans

You can now upload multiple levels of floor plans to your locations. See Floor Plans.
Desktop Notification Client

You may now use the DNC in hybrid or remote working situations. During installation of the DNC, the admin can enable remote access such that the device does not need to be on the local network or VPN. See Using the DNC with Remote Access, Configuring DNC Settings on Windows, and Configuring DNC Settings on macOS.

DNC command line installation now allows the administrator to determine if the shortcut should appear on Windows desktops. See DNC Command Line Installation for Windows OS.
SIP

You can now bulk edit your SIP lines and SIP endpoints within the user interface. See Bulk Updating SIP Line Properties or Bulk Updating SIP Endpoint Properties.

You can now export detailed information about your SIP lines and SIP endpoints, which can be useful for editing and reimporting. See Downloading SIP Line Properties to CSV and Downloading SIP Endpoint Properties to CSV.

You can now import a CSV file to bulk edit your SIP lines and SIP endpoints. See Importing SIP Line Properties from CSV and Importing SIP Endpoint Properties from CSV.
IP Devices

You can now bulk edit your IP device actions within the user interface. See Bulk Updating IP Device Action Properties.

You can now export detailed information about your IP device actions, which can be useful for editing and reimporting. See Downloading IP Device Action Properties to CSV.

You can now import a CSV file to bulk edit your IP device actions. See Importing IP Device Action Properties from CSV.
CAP

There is a new setting for CAP feeds, where you can define host name for your CAP feeds such that all URLs in Poll-type CAP services will use that host name when linking to each alert in the main feed and in links to resources (images or sound files) in the alert view. Usage Statistics

There is a new page, Status > Statistics, that provides you with graphical and tabular representations of your notifications and the triggers and endpoints used. See Usage Statistics
