Notifications

  • Triggers for notifications now allow for a specified behavior, including: activate, deactivate, cancel, or toggle. See Selecting Trigger Behavior.

    Revolution will automatically configure triggers for existing notifications.

    Triggers for Continuous notifications and those for Direct Conference, Direct One-Way, and Direct Two-Way notification types will be converted to Toggle behavior.

    All other triggers will be converted to Activate behavior.

Other Features

Desktop Notification Client

  • When creating DNC triggers, you can enter an optional security code, which will be required by any DNC user wanting to trigger that specific notification. See Creating Desktop Triggers.

Scheduler

  • When managing your Schedule view, users associated with a single site will now be able to filter the view based on calendars associated with All Sites or their specific site. See Schedule Window.

System Configuration

Contacts

  • When creating or editing Contacts, you can enter multiple values in the Category field of the Contact Information section using a comma-separated list. See Manually create contact records.

Dynamic Tags

  • You can now set up dynamic tags based on IP Network addresses using CIDR notation, for example: 192.168.10.0/24. See Creating dynamic tags.
