If your environment is using a Paging Relay for multicast, there is a maximum concurrent notification threshold of eight notifications. You'll receive a busy message when more than eight notifications are sent. Simply try activating the notification again. For more information see the Paging Relay topic Maximum Concurrent Notifications section.

Are you only sending the notification to contacts? Did you select a communication method? Whenever you're sending a notification to contacts, you must select at least one communication method. The "no endpoints specified" error message displays when you only have contacts assigned as recipients

This is a SIP Activator error message you would see in a wire shark. Check your Revolution SIP Activator > Settings configuration. Username and Password should only be populated if you set up authentication in your SIP trunk. If your SIP trunk requires authentication, check that the Username and Password fields have been populated correctly. If your SIP trunk does not require authentication, these fields may have been automatically populated by your browser. Delete the information and save the Settings.

When importing contacts from a CSV file, if you get an unsupported file type error message, even though you know the file is CSV, there may be a couple of causes.
- Excel is not installed on the desktop from which you are running the import. When Excel is installed, the uploaded CSV file has the mime type of "application/vnd.ms-excel" and all is good.
- There is no
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.csv\ContentType
value defined, which causes javascript to set the type to null.
There are several workarounds:
- Upgrade to Revolution v2019.2.0 or newer (recommended).
- Install Excel.
- Create the
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.csv\ContentType
value.
Once one of these workarounds is completed, import the CSV file again.

You can either increase your license limit or unlicense some of your existing endpoints.
