Notifiers and Activators
Webhook Notifier

Connect Revolution to social media, such that you can send Posts via Twitter, now known as X, and post notifications to a Facebook page.

Connect Revolution to collaboration tools, Slack and Microsoft Teams, such that you can send notifications to channels and also initiate notifications using Revolution applications.

Notifications

Define a time limit for a notification using the Enable Time Limit option in the General section of the notification setup.

Define when a notification should be cleared from a device using the Clear notification from display on completion in the Message Details section of the notification setup.

Use the variable {source.JackNumber} to include the jack number of a Mitel endpoint within the Title or Body of a notification.

Include variables when creating a custom Caller ID – The Caller ID field of the Message Details section of your notification, when set to Custom, will allow you to create a name using variables.
Scheduler

When setting Pause Ranges for a calendar, the fields now refer to Pause and Resume. Previously they referred to Start and End.
Redundancy

Active/Active – Revolution now supports Active/Active redundancy where you can set up more than two servers in a way to support a basic failover model or a model where Revolution activates notifications on a site-by-site basis.

Priority Groups – Through the Configuration > Priority Groups page you can define different priority orders for your redundant servers to define failover behavior and, by changing the first-listed server you can define which actions are related to which priority order.

- Scheduler – You can define a Priority Group for your Calendars, and all events have the same priority group as their associated Calendar.
- System Status – When you are logged into the primary server, this page shows a tab at the top of the page for each redundant server. When you are logged into secondary servers, this page will only show status information for that server.
- Status > System Status > Redundancy – You can perform server-related actions from this section. See Redundancy servers
Additional Updates

System Status – Module tabs, where applicable, will show additional information about module-related actions under the heading Action Status.

Status > System Status > Mitel Module – Status Detail section shows additional information in case of an error status.

Disable cloud connectivity errors when you do not have an internet connection by enabling the Offline Network setting in Global Settings > Network.

Specify whether participants joining a Conference are announced with a beep or their names are announced with TTS. Global Settings > Notification > Announce Conference joiners via TTS.

When creating a user with a role of WebAPI, you can limit IP addresses from which the WebAPI will be answered. See Create a WebAPI user account in Revolution.

Dashboard – You are no longer limited to five entries in the Quick Notifications pane of the dashboard.
