Revolution API update for Python

We have updated the Revolution API in order to allow the Python language to work with our API functions.

Support for Atlas IP-APX and Atlas IP-SDMF

We can now support the Atlas IP devices APX and Atlas IP-SDMF.

Fixed Issues

• REV-6726 Conference with no voice-path on Cisco phones.

• REV-6753 After deleting a MiVC registration, the Emergency number from that MiVC system are left behind and cannot be deleted.

• REV-6775 Floor plan not showing image after saving to map.

• REV-6779 IP-APX speakers are not broadcasting notifications.

• REV-6882 Unshout button does not show on the phone screen as a softphone button when a PTT notification is sent to a phone.

• REV-6922 Intermittent failure (Time out) of all Mobile phone endpoints in a Notification.

• REV-6925 IPDevice Module throws KernelBase.dll error frequently when paging to IP Speakers.
